Das bewohnbare Zimmer hat ca. 12 qm. Hinter dem Schlafzimmer ist noch ein Zimmer auch ca. 10qm, das wir bisher als Abstellkammer benutzt haben, da man es nicht heizen kann. Im Sommer kann man es aber auch als Atelier oder Zweitzimmer benutzen.
In dem hinteren Zimmer habe ich jedoch Bilder und einige Kisten abgestellt, die ich nicht mit umziehen konnte. Diese nehmen ca. 1/3 des Raumes ein. Ich hoffe ihr könnt euch damit arrangieren, wir können uns irgendwie darüber einigen.
Die beiden Zimmer zusammen haben ca. 22 qm.
Das Zimmer ist spartanisch möbliert, mit einem großen bequemen Bett, einer Gästematratze, einem Tisch, einem Regal und einer Lampe. Ihr könnt euch aber auch selbst einrichten.

Behind the sleeping room (ca. 12qm) is another room (ca.10qm). Until now we used it as store-room, because it is not possible to heat it, but in summer it would be possible to use it.
I stored some paintings there, and I hope that this doesn't disturb you, but we can talk about it.
The first room is furnished with a big comfy bed, table, a shelf and a lamp. In the former store room is a guest matress, which you can use.
If you want to bring your own furniture we'll find a solution.
Die Wohnung liegt sozusagen in Zabo-City, hier hat man alles was man brauch (Edeka, Netto, Post, Apotheke, Bäckerei).
Man ist in 5 min zur Fuß im Wald und mit dem Fahrrad in 15 min in der Stadt.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Akademie-Studentinnen, da min in 3min zu Fuß dort ist.
Hinter dem Haus ist ein Hof, indem man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann.

The flat is placed in the heart of Zabo, and there is all you need (Edeka, Netto, wholefood-shop,post, pharmacy, backery, Sparkasse)
It's a 5 min walk into the forest, and 15min ride with bike or bus to the city center.
It's perfect for art- academy-students, because it's a 3min walk to academy!
Behind the house is a yard, where you can park your bike.
Unter und neben der WG sind unkomplizierte nette Leute, man kann also auch laut Musik hören, obwohl die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Linda sein, sie studiert Kunsterziehung an der Akademie und ist sehr nett.

Your flatmate is Linda, she studies art education at the academy.
The neighbors are nice and uncomplicated. It's possible to listen to loud music.
Die Wohnung ist nicht renoviert.
Die Dusche ist in der Küche. Das Klo ist etwas siffig. Geheizt wird mit Nachtspeicheröfen, daher die hohen Energie-Kosten. Internet ist schon inklusive.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit langfristig zu bleiben! Evt.komme ich nach dem Sommersemester im Juli wieder, evt. bleibe ich in Wien. Falls ihr bis Oktober bleiben wollt wäre das auch ok!

The flat is not renovated. The shower is in the kitchen. The toilet is scamped, and a little bit stinky, even if it's cleaned.
