Hallo!
Da ich nächstes Semester für mein Praxissemester in eine andere Stadt gehe und ich mein gemütliches Zimmer nicht aufgeben möchte, suche ich für diesen Zeitraum eine Zwischenmieterin.
Das Zimmer ist 14 m² groß und wäre vom 1. August 2019 bis zum 29. Februar 2020 frei. Die Miete für das möblierte Zimmer beträgt inklusive W-Lan und einer Garage für ein Fahrrad insgesamt 300€.
Die Lage ist in Zerzabelshof in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend und trotzdem erreicht man den Bahnhof mit dem Bus in ca. 15 Minuten und auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 18 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen (Edeka, Netto, Norma, Biomarkt, Bäcker, Pizza, Grieche, Eisdiele, Apotheke uvm.) .
Auch der Tierpark und ein Wald, welcher sich super für Radtouren, zum Joggen oder einfach zur Entspannung eignet sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
