Hallo,
die Wohung ist ca. 70 m² gross, sehr hell und sehr ruhig (da in einer Sackgasse gelegen). Spülmaschine und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, U-Bahn und Tram liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Zu Fuss ist man in 10-15 Minuten in der Altstadt.
Ich bin im Sommer frisch von der Uni hier nach Nürnberg gekommen, um erste Berufserfahrung zu sammeln. Ich selbst würde mich als relativ ordentlich/sauber beschreiben, wobei ich keinen Wert auf übertriebene Sauberkeit lege.
Ich suche eine sympathische, aufgeschlossene Person, mit der man gerne den Frühstückstisch teilt und Abends auch mal ein paar nette Worte wechseln kann.
