The apartment is located in the quiet district of Maxfeld. It is 7 minutes away from Nürnberg Hbf. The apartment is located approximately 4 minutes away from Maxfeld U bahn station. The location is very close to Backerie, few restaurants nearby. Rewe is 1 minute away.
The apartment is shared by 3 people, both are students. It has a common kitchen and washroom, which is cleaned weekly according to individual cleaning schedules. There is a place to keep the bicycle. The washing machine is available on the ground floor. As I am travelling to my home, I would like to sublet my room temporarily for 1 month and 8 days. There are 2 rooms, one used as a living room and another as bedroom. There is a door in between living room and bedroom, both are currently rented by me. The bedroom can only be reached through the libing room, hence I want to sublet both rooms together. Both the rooms are fully furnished. The rent for the whole period will be 600 Euros and additional 200 Euros deposit which is refundable.
This is not a party WG. I am looking for a quiet person who can keep the place clean and tidy. If you are interested, viewings can be arranged.
