WG rooms in the beautiful South City WG-Zimmer in der schönen Südstadt

Our Wg is located very central in the southern city. We are 5 minutes walk from Nuremberg Central Station and shopping is also enough (if you need something on Sundays, the Lidl in the Hbf has open until 9 pm). You can also walk within 10-15 minutes in the old town, which is also a plus point. Although we live in the city it is always very quiet, especially at night.

Unsere Wg ist sehr Zentral in der Südstadt gelegen. Wir sind 5 min zu Fuß vom Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof entfernt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug (wenn man mal Sonntags was braucht, der Lidl im Hbf hat bis 21 Uhr offen). Zu Fuß ist man auch innerhalb 10-15 min in der Altstadt, was ebenfalls ein Plusspunkt ist. Obwohl wir in der Stadt leben ist es immer, vor allem nachts, sehr ruhig.

Your roommates will be Ivan (25), Eleni (22) and Jeli (30). Ivan studies at the art academy and works next door in a café. Jeli is a social teacher and Eleni is currently studying social work.

I (Ann-Sophie) will move with my friend, which is why I leave my beloved WG after almost 4 years. I am currently the main renter of the apartment and take care of the transfer of the rent and am in case of any problems, contact person of the landlord. So if you were interested in the room, it would be cool if you could take over the “task” as main tenant*in (is an ensemble task) ☺️

We are a very family WG and like to do something together. Whether it's shared evenings at home, in the pub, in cafés or with other friends in the house. It never gets boring!
Our motto is: everything can, nothing has to.
Of course, there is always the possibility to withdraw in the room, this is also accepted by all WG roommates.

Ordinance and cleanliness are also very important to us. Everyone has his tasks and then takes care of it. We all get basic food together.

Willkommen in der Gerle!

Deine Mitbewohner*innen werden Ivan (25), Eleni (22)und Jeli (30) sein. Ivan studiert an der Kunstakademie und arbeitet nebenher in einem Café. Jeli ist Sozialpädagogin und Eleni studiert aktuell noch Soziale Arbeit.

Ich (Ann-Sophie) werde mit meinem Freund zusammenziehen, weshalb ich meine geliebte WG, nach fast 4 Jahren, verlasse. Ich bin aktuell Hauptmieterin der Wohnung und kümmere mich um die Überweisung der Miete und bin bei anfallenden Problemen, Ansprechpartnerin der Vermieterin. Wenn Du also interesse an dem Zimmer hättest, wäre es cool wenn du die „Aufgabe“ als Hauptmieter*in übernehmen könntest (ist eine enstpannte Aufgabe) ☺️

Wir sind eine sehr familiäre WG und unternehmen gerne etwas miteinander. Egal ob gemeinsame Abende zuhause,in der Kneipe, in Cafés oder bei anderen Freunden im Haus. Es wird nie langweilig!
Unser Motto ist: Alles kann, nichts muss.
Es gibt natürlich auch immer die Möglichkeit sich im Zimmer zurückzuziehen, dies wird auch von allen WG-Mitbewohner*innen akzeptiert.

Ordentlichkeit und Sauberkeit ist uns ebenfalls sehr wichtig. Jeder hat seine Aufgabengebiete und kümmert sich dann auch darum. Grundnahrungsmittel besorgen wir alle gemeinsam.

In our house there are 5 WGs and we maintain with the 20+ young people here an extremely good neighborhood,
there are joint pub evenings, cozy sitting together and cinema evenings in the backyard.
Small household problems (e.g. if a cordless screwdriver, a ladder, a printer, a role toilet paper,... missing) are often solved in our wonderful home community super fast.

In unserem Haus gibt es 5 WGs und wir pflegen mit den 20+ jungen Leuten hier eine extrem gute Nachbarschaft,
es gibt gemeinsame Kneipenabende, gemütliches Zusammensitzen und Kinoabende im Hinterhof.
Kleine Haushaltsproblemchen (zB wenn ein Akkuschrauber, eine Leiter, ein Drucker, eine Rolle Klopapier,... fehlt) lösen sich in unserer wunderbaren Hausgemeinschaft oft superschnell.
