I am looking to sublet my room for 1 month. The room is 17,5 qm in a 3-person flatshare. It is bright and spacious and comes fully-furnished with a bed, mattress, study table, chair, bedside table, table lamp, spacious cupboard and a chest of drawers. The warm rent is 450€, all inclusive (utilities, internet, GEZ). The furniture is also included in the rent, and of course you can use it all.
The flat is ideally and conveniently located near the city centre. It is 1 min from the S-Bahn station and 10 mins walking from the Hauptbahnhof. Bus no’s. 36, 44 and 43 stop by right outside the apartment building. Tram line 7 is also 5 mins away. This location makes for great connectivity throughout the city. Wöhrder Wiese and See are also nearby to enjoy a day out in the sun or go boating.
Rewe and Penny are just 10-15 mins walk away. There is a convenience store downstairs that is generally open till quite late at night. And there are multiple restaurants and take-out places around the block that serve delicious food ranging from Indian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Turkish and Italian. Imhof bakery is also 1 min walking from the apartment.
The flat in general is fully furnished and functional with a dishwasher and washing machine. The flatmates are nice and helpful. We generally speak English at most times since I am currently learning German. So, language is not a barrier.
Lena (23) just started her physics master at FAU. Her biggest hobby is music. She loves to sing and play the ukulele.
She also loves to cook and bake; and I is always up for a coffee and a chat.
Flo (25) moved to Germany from Austria and is working full time at a startup accelerator in Nürnberg. He also works from home about half of the time, so he is happy to have coffee at any time (in the apartment or at Hilde‘s Café). In his spare time he mostly likes to swim, bike and run or have some more coffee of course.
