Hello room hunters,
We are looking for one new roommate for our lovely, International, cozy flat. No Zweck-WG!!
The Room comes with furniture that could remain in the room that are included in the rent (bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside table). But if not wanted we can also store the stuff in the attic.
With the flat comes a large bathroom, an extra toilet, a storage room, and an attic . The best thing is, of course, the balcony by the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The flatshare is close to the S-Bahn station Dürrenhof, as well as to the OHM. The buses 43/44 to the main station and the bus 36 is only a few minutes walk away. The city center or FAU can be easily reached by public transport, but it only takes 10 minutes by bike. There are also numerous shops in the immediate vicinity, Asian and Indian food places are just around the corner. You can easily walk to Wöhrder Wiese or Wöhrder See, which are ideal for jogging, chilling in the sun, or other activities. With the Luitpoldhain to the south you can reach a nice park or go riding your
bike to the east in the forest.
About us: Yannik (26) is from Mannheim and does his Phd in robotics at UTN. In his free time, he goes cycling and running. You will find him at many techno events and festivals.
Benjamin (28), we call him Benny :), studies Visualization and Interaction in Digital Media at the Hochschule Ansbach. Sometimes you can listen to nice Guitar sounds from his room. Other then that he likes skating, surfing and traveling.
Hiba (23) is from Morocco and studies business at FAU, she enjoys hiking, going to Bierfests and exploring the area.
WG-Life
We are a cheerful group of people, relaxed, love cooking, drinking, and hanging out together. We have many common friends and love to hang out together with friends, going out for a dinner or travel to new places together. Recently we together went to Italy, Czech Republic as well as many different Bavarian villages and OctoberFest.
During the evening after work we enjoy spending time together and having deep conversations about different subjects; including cultures, religions, our future, traveling, physics, universe, books, movies etc. We are looking for people who are open-minded, can sit with us and involve our deep conversations with his/her unique perspective. Of course, we respect each other’s free space and when some of us need to study or just want to chill by yourself, we are quiet. We speak a mixture of German and English.
