Das Zimmer kann vom 1 Feb 2023 bis zum 1 April 2023 untervermietet werden. Es ist ein gut beleuchtetes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Schreibtisch, 2 Schränke und einen LCD-Bildschirm.
1000 MB WLAN sind ebenfalls in den Kosten enthalten.
Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
The room is available for subletting from 1 Feb 2023 onwards to 1 april 2023. Its a well lit room on the ground floor and comes with a queen sized bed, a study table, 2 closets and an lcd screen.
The house has a dishwasher, a washing machine and a coffee machine for you to use.
It is newly renovated.
1000MB wifi is also included in the costs.
Unfortunately, anmeldung is not possible.
The apartment is located at a 6 minute walking distance from Aufseßplatz U-Bahn station and there are plenty of shops nearby. Aldi is at a 2 minute walking distance with other shops available at a 6 minute walk. Its a peaceful neighbourhood.
I study at OTH Amberg and am going back to my home country for 2 months hence im subletting my room.
My flatmate is a 24 year old male and he works at an IT company as a data engineer. We often have coffee together in the evening or cook together aswell.
