Hello :)
I'm moving out from my WG and we are currently looking for someone to take on the room.
The room is very spacious, with a bed and mattress, a table, some shelves, wardrobe and a heater. The window is facing the street, so it has a very nice view of outside. It also has some light and blackout curtains.
The rest of the apartment is very spacious, with a full bathroom and half bathroom, perfect for all the people living in the apartment. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with everything needed: microwave, fridge and freezer, electric stove, utensils and also there is a small table to eat, near the kitchen. There is also a small balcony, but that is part of the biggest room, so in case you want to use it, you can talk with the flat mate that lives in the room to use it.
The place can be for rent for either a couple months or for a long term stay, there is no problem at all on this.
It includes internet and everything in the pictures.
The place is near the U-Bahn Aufseßplatz, which has a very good connection to the Tram and is just one station away from Hauptbahnhof. The Hauptbahnhof is can be also reached by foot in 15 Minutes. There are many stores nearby like Aldi, Rewe, Woolworth, Rossman, dm, Tchibo, Apotheke, Der Beck, Norma, Netto and many places to drink and eat different kinds of food. The building is a very familiar one so it is overall a very calm area with lots of services nearby.
We are very nice and open to the newcomers, we like sometimes to hang out together, cook or dine together, but we also respect when you need to study or work, so we are very respectful of the other's time and things. We have no problem if you want to have friends over, just give us a heads up in case they are staying for a longer time.
We speak English on the apartment, but the Land Lady only knows german, so it would be good if you already have some german knowledge. Please let us know about you and what you are doing in Nürnberg, what your hobbies are and everything you think important when reaching out and if you have any questions, please ask them right away. :)
