Auf Grund eines 6-monatigen Praktikums vermiete ich mein Zimmer in unserer 2er WG.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Hinterhaus (Altbau, 1.OG), direkt am Nürnberger Plärrer. Zur U-und S-Bahn sowie allen Bussen sind es nur 3 min Fußweg, ebenso in die Innenstadt.
Zu uns:
Ich studiere im 6 Sem. Maschinenbau an der FAU-Erlangen, mein Mitbewohner Florian studiert im 4 Sem. Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der FAU-Nürnberg (Dual VR Bank).
Zu unseren/seinen Interessen zählen: Ski-/Boardsports, Fußball, Playstation, Bar's u.a.
Gesucht wird eine unkomplizierte Person, die nicht alles zu ernst nimmt :)
