Für den Zeitraum von 28.04 bis zum 30.08.17 suchen wir einen Mieter für unser WG-Zimmer in Schweinau. Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß und teilmöbliert. Ein Schrank und zwei Schreibtische bleiben im Zimmer und können genutzt werden. Die Ubahn-Station Schweinau ist in 3 min aus der WG zu erreichen. Die WG besteht aus 3 Zimmern und wird von zwei Berufstätigen im Alter von 27 bis 32 bewohnt. WC und Bad sind von einander getrennt. Die Küche ist ca. 12 qm groß und hat einen Balkon. Haustiere können mitgebracht werden. Rauchen ist im Zimmer kein Problem. Der Keller kann teilweise mitbenutzt werden. Die Gesamtmiete incl. Strom und Internet beträgt 220 EUR.
