Hey!
Ich verbringe 8 Monate im Ausland (Auslandssemester) und suche für die gesamte Zeit eine(n) Zwischenmieter(in).
Die Wohnung (65m2) ist super schön, hell, und mit allem, was da Herz begehrt eingerichtet. Das Zimmer hat etwa 18m2, möbliert und mit Platz.
In 2 min ist man an der Straßenbahn (Linie 4), U-Bahn (U3) und 15min ist man in der City. Keine 2min sind 3 verschiedene Supermärkte zu finden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
Die Küche hat ne Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und ist bestens zum Kochen und Backen ausgestattet. Auf dem Balkon kann man super entspannen.
Mir wäre es am liebsten, jemanden zu finden, der die gesamte Zeit in der Whg ist. (Jul 12 - Feb 13). Oder zumindest recht lange.
