Ich vermiete ein möbliertes, ca. 15qm großes Zimmer in meiner Wohnung, die im Sommer 2017 renoviert wurde. Mindestmietdauer sind 3 Monate.
Das Zimmer: Ausstattung vgl. Bilder, Bett 90 x 200 cm, Korbsessel,Tisch, Schreibtischstuhl & Schreibtischlampe werden ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Wohnung: Die Küche verfügt über eine neue Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine, Ceran-Kochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Küchenausstattung (Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, etc.) ist vorhanden. In der Küche ist auch ein Esstisch mit Stühlen. Im großen Flur sind Garderobenmöbel zur gemeinschaftlichen Benutzung. Badezimmer und Toilette sind separat. Im Bad ist eine neue Waschmaschine zur gemeinschaftlichen Benutzung. Auf dem Dachboden gibt es einen Trockenraum zum Wäschetrocknen der von allen Hausbewohnern genutzt werden kann. WLAN ist in der ganzen Wohnung verfügbar.
Für jedes Zimmer gibt es einen separaten Mietvertrag!
In dem Mietpreis ist ebenfalls enthalten: der Strom, Heizung, Telefon, Küchenutensilien, Putz und Waschmittel.und natürlich die Mitbenutzung der Ausstattung.
Für Studenten die sich im Auslandssemester in Nürnberg befinden, kann auch Bettzeug und Handtücher.

I'm renting out a fully furnished room (approx. 15 sq. metres) in my apartment. The apartment was renovated this summer. Minimum rental duration are 3 months.
The room: For furniture, see pictures. A desk chair and desk lamp will also be in the room.
The flat: The kitchen is new, the following are available: a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee machine. Kitchen supplies (plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, pots/pans, etc.) are available. The kitchen also includes a dining table and chairs. The large hallway has cloak room furniture for communal use. Bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom includes a new washing machine for communal use. A laundry drying room in the attic can be used by all residents. WiFi is available throughout the flat.
Each room as a separate contract!
Utility costs: The utility charge includes (among others) heating, electricity, internet, water and the use all shared appliances.

Die Wohnung liegt im angesagten Stadtteil St. Johannis, nördlich der Nürnberger Altstadt zwischen Kirchenweg und Jagdstraße, ganz in der Nähe vom Friedrich Ebert Platz, U Bahn, Bus, Straßenbahn.Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahn, Busse, Straßenbahn) sind 3 Gehminuten entfernt am Friedrich-Ebert-Platz. Die Altstadt ist in 10-15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Um die Ecke (ca. 3-10 Gehminuten) entfernt sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, dm, Apotheke, Fristo, etc.), Cafés, Kneipen und Restaurants und der Archivpark mit schönen Grünflächen. Der Pegnitzgrund und das Westbad sind auch nur ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Trotz toller Lage ist die Straße in der die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig (man kann mit offenem Fenster schlafen).

The flat is located in the hip and up & coming neighbourhood St. Johannis, just north of the the beautiful imperial castle and the historic city centre with great shopping, leisure and cultural opportunities (10-15 min walking distance). Public transport is available at Friedrich-Ebert-Platz, just a short 3 minute walk away. Shops (e.g. grocery, Asian supermarket, pharmacy, bakery), cafés, bars and restaurants and a beautiful park are just around the corner. The river Pegnitz and the Westbad (public outdoor swimming pool) are only 15 minutes walking distance. Although everything is round the corner, the street is very quiet, so you can sleep with the windows open.

Dein Mitbewohner ist ein 30er Mann, der ursprünglich aus Indien kommt aber die letzten 10 Jahre in den USA gelebt hat. Aktuell spricht er noch kein Deutsch - lernt es aber aktuell - aber fließend Englisch und Russisch. Er arbeitet als Mathematiker an der Universität und in seiner Freizeit unternimmt er gerne was mit Freunden, Gitarre spielen und kochen. Da er noch nicht lange in Deutschland ist, freut er sich darüber, wenn es keine reine Zweck-WG ist. Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit sind ihm als Mitbewohner und mir als Vermieterin sehr wichtig!

The roommate is a 30 year old male originally from India but residing in the USA for the last ten years. He doesn't speak German yet, and knows English and Russian. He's a mathematician at the university, enjoys hanging out, playing guitar, cooking and talking. Since he's new to Germany, he'd appreciate being social with you as well. Cleanliness and tidiness are an absolute must and very important to your flatmate and me as the landlord!
