In unserer semisanierten und charakterstarken Altbauwohnung ist noch ein Zimmer frei! Leider sind alle 18qm+ Zimmer vergeben :) Aber: wir haben da noch was! Eine Katze namens Lametta und ein kleines, aber feines 8qm Zimmer auf der Sonnenseite der Wohnung im schönen St. Peter!
Im Zimmer befinden sich ein Bett, Tisch und ein kleines Regal.
Alles an ÖPNV ist in der Nähe: Bus 1 Minute, SBahn 3 Minuten, Bahnhof 15 Minuten zu Fuß!
Gleich um die Ecke findest du Norma, Edeka, Rewe, EBL, Fränkys etc.
Mit dir wohnt ein bunt gemischter Haufen: Anna (30) Politologin, Konstantin (27) Krankenschwester, Cynthia (28) Lehrerin und Eike (25) Student. UND unsere dreibeinige Katze Lametta (6).
Ob gemeinsames Beisammensitzen und Kochen, Kajaktouren, Pilzesammeln, Whiskey trinken, Balkongesprächen und andere Späßen... wir sind dabei! Natürlich kann man auch jederzeit seine Ruhe finden.
Bei den 150 € sind sämtliche Kosten enthalten (Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Internet, GEZ).
