Es wird zum 01.04. ein 18qm großes Zimmer in einer 3er WG frei. Zur Wohnung: Die 120 m2 große Altbauwohnung hat 5 1/2 Zimmer, befindet sich im 1. OG und hat alles was man braucht: ein Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche, ein Esszimmer, einen Hinterhof, in dem man grillen und Tischtennis spielen kann und eine Spülmaschine, es ist also alles da :) Wir haben auch noch ein weiteres freies Zimmer, das wir zur Zeit für Wäsche, Sport und so weiter nutzen, das könnte man aber sicher auch als zweites Zimmer nutzen, falls so etwas für dich in Frage käme.
Der früheste Einzugstermin ist der 01.04., falls du etwas früher/später einziehen willst finden wir aber sicher eine Lösung.
Die Wohnung ist in Gostenhof, es sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Plärrer (von dort fahren U-Bahnen in alle Richtungen, ebenso Tram und Busse) und keine 10 Minuten zur Haltestelle Rothenburger Straße (von dort fährt die S-Bahn Richtung Erlangen). Die Anbindung könnte also besser nicht sein. FAU und TH sind sowohl mit den Öffentlichen als auch mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreicht, zu Fuß sind es 5-10 Minuten in die Innenstadt, man ist mit dem Auto aber auch fix in Erlangen und Herzogenaurach.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug: direkt gegenüber ist ein Ebl, Lidl und Aldi sind nicht weit weg. In der Straße sind außerdem einige Gemüseläden, das Café Mainheim und ein Burgerladen.
Als Mitbewohner*in suchen wir einen unkomplizierten, netten und rücksichtsvollen Menschen, da uns ein angenehmes Miteinander wichtig ist, ist ja klar. Beide Mitbewohner arbeiten bei adidas und sind recht viel unterwegs. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind auch wichtige Punkte, besonders natürlich in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen.

Rooms/Flat
From April 1st there will be a free room in the 120 sqm (5 1/2 rooms) flat. The flat is already furnished and includes everything you need: living room, big kitchen, dining room, sweet backyard, dishwasher. Currently there is also an additional shared room that we're using for laundry, wardrobe etc. but if you're interested in using it as a second room that would be also an option:) Earliest possible date for moving in is 1st of April, however, we can make it work if that is not ideal for you.
Location
The flat is located in Gostenhof, 5 minutes walk to Plärrer (subway in all directions) and 10 minutes to Rothenburger Straße station (train to Erlangen). Also, you can walk within 5-10 minutes to the city centre, which is nice. There are different walkable options for doing groceries, e.g. Ebl, Lidl and Aldi. Additionally you’ll find a nice Café and burger restaurant very close by.
FAU and TH can be reached easily by bike or public transport and if you are working in Erlangen or Herzogenaurach, but you prefer to live in Nürnberg, this is the location you want as you don’t even need 30 minutes by car to get there.
WG-Leben
Both of your potential roomies are working at adidas and are looking for an easy going, nice and uncomplicated person, to keep everything casual and comfortable :) Of course tidiness should be important to you, especially in the common space.
