Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Das Zimmer had ein Fenster über die ganze Raumhöhe, Holzboden und ist komplett eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass es sehr gemütlich ist. Ich werde den Grossteil meiner Sachen wegräumen, so dass der/die Untermieter/in genügend Platz für seine/ihre Dinge hat. Da ich jedoch alle meine Möbel zurücklasse, wünsche ich mir eine verantwortungsvolle Person, so dass das Zimmer bei meiner Rückkehr noch in gutem Zustand ist.
The house is very spacious. The room has a ceiling-to-floor window, wooden floor and I have fully furnished and decorated it, so it is very cozy. I'll put away most of my things, so that the new tenant has enough space for his/her things. Since I'll be leaving all my furniture, though, I'd like to have someone responsible replacing me, so that the room is still in good condition upon my return.
Ich werde für längere Zeit in Ferien gehen und möchte daher mein Zimmer für drei Monate, von Januar (einschliesslich)bis Ende März, untervermieten. Das Zimmer befindet sich in Nussloch, einem kleinen, gemütlichen Dorf zwischen Walldorf/St. Leon-Rot und Heidelberg. Es ist daher ideal für alle, die z.B. bei SAP arbeiten (einfach erreichbar auch mit dem Fahrrad). Supermärkte befinden sich innerhalb von 5 min (Penny) oder 10 min (Rewe) Gangabstand, Bushaltestelle und Zentrum (Restaurants, Bäckereien, Post etc.) befinden sich ebenfalls in 5 min Gangabstand.
It is located in Nußloch, a small and cozy village between Walldorf/Skt Leon-Rot and Heidelberg. It is therefore ideal for anyone working in SAP, for example (easily reachable even by bike). Supermarkets are within 5 min (Penny) and 10 min (Rewe) walking distance, bus stop and center (restaurants, bakeries, post office, etc) 5 min walking distance as well.
