Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Altbaus. Insgesammt haben wir 3 Zimmer (davon 1 Durchgangszimmer), Küche, Bad und einen großen Flur. Alles ist wunderbar hell und gerade im Sommer sonnendurchflutet. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist zur Nordseite hin, mit einem Dachflächenfenster und daher schön kühl. Mit seinen ca. 20qm ist es außerdem sehr groß.
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ca. 3min. Fußweg. Von da aus kommt man in ca. 10min. zum Centro und in weiteren 5min. ist man am Haubtbahnhof Oberhausen. Zu Fuß erreicht man außerdem einige Lebensmittelgeschäft und alles andere, was man so braucht. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es eine sehr ruhige Gegend.
