das Zimmer ist im 1.Stock eines Reihenhauses mit Blick in den Garten.Hier ist es sehr ruhig,manchmal kommen 2 Katzen ins Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in der nahen Innenstadt vorhanden. Supermärkte und Bio.
U Bahn ist in 5 Min.erreichbar, der Bahnhof mit S-Bahn in 15 Min. zu Fuß. Die A 661 ist ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke. Nach Ffm 15 Min. Mit dem Fahrrad 30 Min.
Ich lebe hier mit meinem Sohn und vermiete dieses Zimmer schon seit 20 Jahren an Menschen unterschiedlichsten Alters und Herkunft.
Mein Sohn lebt meistens in Frankfurt.
