Da ich wegziehe biete ich meine Zimmer in unserer 2er WG an.
Das Schlafzimmer hat eine große Fensterfront mit Balkon und Gartenzugang und ist ca. 15qm groß. Das zweite Zimmer (aktuell Wohn/Esszimmer) ist nochmal 15qm und steht zur freien Verfügung.
Wir haben eine schicke Küche mit Spülmaschine und großem Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung ist im EG, also wenig Lebenszeit auf Treppen und im Sommer direkten Grillzugang im Garten :) Im Keller gibts noch Platz für Vorräte, Snowboards etc.
Falls du nur für ein Praktikum o.ä. kommst, haben wir noch ein paar Möbel vom ehemaligen Mitbewohner im Keller, die kannst du gerne verwenden.
5 Minuten zu Fuss zur S/U-Bahn Oberursel, dort
17 min Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof
15 min Campus Riedberg
22 min Campus Westend
Supermärkte etc sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen.
Damit wir uns ein Bild voneinander machen können lass uns am besten einmal telefonieren, nur soviel vorab:
Daniel ist ein erstklassiger Mitbewohner, im Haus wohnt noch ein älteres Paar und sonst Leute in unserem Alter, also freu dich auf interessante Grillabende in unserem Garten. Wichtig ist uns ein unkompliziertes Zusammenleben wo die Pflichten freiwillig erledigt werden und sich auch Gelegenheiten für ein Bierchen oder eine Tour durch Frankfurt finden.
Da ich arbeite probiere es am besten abends oder sende mir deine Nummer per Mail oder SMS, ich rufe dann zurück.
