I am letting out one of the 2 bedrooms in my 82 m2 apartment for 3 months (or more). The apartment and the room are fully furnished. The apartment is located in a calm and green area of Oberursel (2 minutes to the bus and train station).
The apartment is with an elevator. The room has a 180cm by 200cm with pillows, bed sheet, wardrobe and all basic amenities. All you need is just your personal belongings - every basic things is provided. The whole apartment is well furnished with big sofa, 55'' OLED TV, ironing table etc.
The apartment has a large balcony with a beautiful view. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, cutlery, plates, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave among other.
It is 3 minutes walk from the Rosengartchen U3 station (the train comes every 15 minutes), there is also a bus station just 2 minutes away.
There are groceries stores close by (Edeka and Lidl), and local Oberursel shop for fresh Fruits and vegetables.
There are gardens around, and the are is very green and clean.
I will be travelling for the duration of your stay. However, Its a 2 bedroom apartment and I may let out the other room for the duration.
There is a possibility of extending for more than the 3 months.
I speak English and German.
I want a calm, friendly, neat and working or studying individual.
There is flexibility in terms of duration and costs (the 2nd room is cheaper and may be available)
