Die Wohnung gehört meiner Mom ist hochwertig eingerichtet. Dein Zimmer hat zwar 'nur' 10,67qm, aber Du hast ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Kannst auch gerne das mit der Badewanne haben. Gemeinsam haben wir noch einen großen, hellen Koch-Ess-Wohnbereich (da kommt auch noch eine Bar mit Barhocker rein) und den Balkon.
Aktuell ist Dein Zimmer möbliert, aber was Du nicht haben möchtest, stellen wir einfach in den Keller.
Das Haus ist hässlich (12 Stockwerke), aber in 2019 komplett saniert und im Frühjahr wird als letztes der Balkon noch verschönert. Die Wohnung liegt ausserdem superpraktisch 3-5' von der U-Bahn entfernt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch um die Ecke. Kann gut sein, dass die WG auch länger als 1 Jahr möglich ist.
Lage ist sehr praktisch. Nähe U3, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in den Wald ist es auch nicht weit!
Ich mache eine Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann und chille gerne mal mit Freunden, bin aber kein Partytyp.
