Flatshares for 3girls who are studying at ebs university

Looking for flatshares or dorms for 3 girls who are studying at ebs university, Rheingaustrabe oestrich-winkel.
We prefer:
-near bus or train station
-(if possible)the landlord could speak english
-rent per month max €400 including all utilities
-easy to find foods
-easy to access supermarket
-clean and bright
-neighbourhood
-have enough bedrooms for 3 girls
-have washing machine
-if possible get internet connection
-simple kitchen


Note: if it is difficult to find rental in oestrich winkel, we would prefer rental near wiesbaden, as long as it is quiet near to our university by using public transports. Note that we would prefer easy access to bus or train station.
