Hausprojekt sucht Zwischenmiete (oder auch neue Mitbewohner*innen)

Das Haus liegt in Bürgel. Hier gibt es einen Supermarkt, viele Bäckereien und kleine Läden. Der Main ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit Rad oder muss bist zu in 10-15 Minuten in der Offenbacher Innenstadt.

The house is located in Offenbach Bürgel. Bürgel has a supermarket, many bakeries and small shops. It takes 5 Minutes to get to Main. You can reach Offenbach citycenter in 10-15 minutes by bus or bike.

Derzeit sind wir fünf erwachsene Personen auf drei Stockwerken und mit großer
Gemeinschaftsfläche im Erdgeschoss und Garten. Wir verstehen uns als sehr offene Gruppe und
sind Teil des Mietshäuser Syndikats (syndikat.org).
In unserer Küche gilt "alles allen" und wir kochen gerne viel, lecker und fast immer vegetarisch. Ein solidarisches Miteinander ist uns wichtig. Manchmal gibts Kino im Wohnzimmer oder Lagerfeuer im Garten. Als Zwischenmieter*in musst du nicht an Plena und Selbstverwaltung mitwirken.

Haarige Haustiere gehen wegen Allergie leider nicht.

Falls du dir vorstellen kannst auch länger zu bleiben:
Gerade entsteht ein Anbau, sodass wir 3-4 weitere Menschen suchen, die Lust haben Teil unseres Projekts zu werden, ab jetzt mitzugestalten und einzuziehen, sobald der Wohnraum fertig ist (vorraussichtlich Frühling 2023). Wir sind dann eine 8er / 9er WG. Wir treffen uns regelmäßig um Organisatorisches (vor allem Baustelle und Selbstverwaltung) zu besprechen und unser Miteinander und Zusammenleben zu reflektieren. Uns ist wichtig, dass du Menschen, die langfristig einziehen wollen, sich auf Selbstverwaltung einlassen wollen, Zeit für regelmäßiges Plenum und Lust auf Gemeinschaft haben. Wenn du dich dafür interessierst, kann die Zwischenmiete auch für ein Kennenlernen des Projekts genutzt werden.

Currently, we are five adults on three floors with an additional large common area on the ground floor. We understand ourselves as an open group. Furthermore, our project is a part of the Mietshäuser Syndikat, in case you are not familiar with the concept: we want rent equity and see our project as a step to achieve it (www.syndikat.org).
Depending on our needs and capacity, we spend more or less time together. But you will always find someone in the common area for some chatting or a cup of coffee. "Everything is for everyone" in our kitchen, and we love to cook a lot of tasty and mostly vegetarian food. Living together in solidarity and taking care of one another is essential for us. Besides having food together, we also occasionally have a movie night at home, a bonfire in the garden, or Craftsworkshop at the house.

Unfortunately, hairy pets can't live with us due to allergies.

In case you can imagine to stay longer:
A second house is currently built in our courtyard, so we are looking for an extra 3-4 people wanting to help shape our project. You could move in as soon as the space is ready (probably spring of 2023). We will then be a community of 8 or 9 people. Living as a community also means meeting regularly for organizational matters (especially concerning the construction site organization and self-administration) and most importantly to reflect on our cohabitation. It is important to us that you are open to taking on parts of the responsibility that self-administration brings, that you have time for a regular plenary session, and want to contribute to and be involved in our community. So if you are interested in staying longer, you can use your temporary stay to get to know uns and the project.
