wir suchen aktuell noch einen Nachmieter ab 01.März Aktuell ist 1 person in der WG (Juan/ Spain) und ein Zimmer (14qm) würde dann übergeben werden. Sehr gerne jemand der Spanisch spricht!
Die Wg ist eine Zweck Wg, und alle sind berufstätig.
Hier kurz die eckdaten:
möbl. Zimmer, 14m² (tisch, bett, schrank)/ dazu neue Küche, neues Bad/ für 500EUR all incl. (strom, gas, tel, dsl, etc.) sind wir die letzten 3jahre immer hingekommen.
WG ist in offenbach, ca. 300m bis zur S-bahn ledermuseum, mit dem rad auch in 15min bis Sachsenhausen/Bornheim, Uni ein wenig weiter. Und auch Offenbach kann schön sein :), direkt nebendran gibt es eine Weinhandlung, zudem auch in 5min zu fuß am Robert Johnson oder Hafen2, oder mehr. Verkehrsanbindung ideal (A661 in 2min mit dem auto)/ parkplätze direkt vorm Haus ohne Probleme, Einkaufen in Of, 3min zu fuß bis zur fußgängerzone. Wir wohnen seit einiger zeit hier und fühlen uns ganz wohl. Ihr könnt euch gerne bei uns melden.
