20qm2 Zimmer in FLINTA(Frauen,Lesben,Intergeschlechtlich, Nicht-binär, Trans, Ageneder)*-WG, zentral und mit süßen Mitbewohner*innen

Liebe Loite,

bei uns in der FLINTA(Frauen,Lesben,Intergeschlechtlich, Nicht-binär, Trans, Ageneder)* WG wird zum 1.2.2024 (aber weils schon so bald ist sind wir auch etwas flexibel!) ein circa 20qm2 großes Zimmer, mit Fenster Richtung Westen frei. Nach Süden gab es wohl auch mal ein Fenster, aber irgendwer kam leider auf die Idee, dieses wieder zu zu machen, es ist aber trotzdem hell und hat an besagter Stelle eine Vertiefung auf der Maus hübsche Sachen abstellen kann. Die Miete beträgt circa 460€, weil wir grade noch Stromverträge ändern ists noch nicht ganz klar.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral zwischen Of-Marktplatz und Offenbach Hbf gelegen. Da wir selber erst vor kurzem in die Wohnung eingezogen sind, gibt es noch sehr viel Möglichkeiten der Gestaltung der Gemeinschaftsräume wie Küche und Flur, aber grundsätzlich ist alles da (außer die Töpfe, die Töpfe ziehen leider auch weg :( ). Wir sind sehr glücklich darüber, dass unsere Küche genügend Platz bietet, um gemütlich in ihr abzuhängen. Das machen wir auch immer mal wieder und dabei verkochen wir das Essen, was wir gemeinschaftlich einkaufen und teilen, hauptsächlich vegetarisch.

Solltest du auch mal in der Küche abhängen, könnte es sein, dass dir Aslı (30, sie/ihr), Ali (27, sie/ihr) und/oder Jones (30, they/them) begegnen.
Aslı kündigt sich meist dadurch an, dass sie schon früh morgens - bei ihr im Zimmer kommt auch als erstes die Sonne an - Poplieder von 1990-2010 hört und auch oft mitsingt. Auch ihr Essen ist oft leicht an den ein bisschen zu vielen Pepperoni drin zu erkennen und daran, dass 1 nichts anderes mehr essen will. Hoffen wir, dass sie bald ihre Diplomarbeit abschließen wird um mehr davon zu kochen!
Dann wandert die Sonne weiter in dein Zimmer, aber dazu kannst du vielleicht mehr sagen (kleiner Tipp am Rande: mach mal :) ) und dann zu
Ali, die zwar das kleinste Zimmer hat, aber dafür am meisten Licht abbekommt. Sie arbeitet derzeit am Wochenende immer auf einem Hof etwas weiter weg als Reitlehrerin und ist damit nur unter der Woche hier. Wenn sie aber da ist, gibt es oft topdelüxe selbstgebackene Kekse und es ist generell mehr los in der Küche. Ali geht auch sehr gern und oft klettern wenn sie hier ist oder checkt die Museen in FFM aus. Ali spricht Französisch und Englisch und ein bisschen Deutsch.
Jones bekommt als letztes Sonne in their Zimmer ab, muss aber eh oft früh aufstehen um zur Uni oder zur Arbeit zu gehen. They liebt Musik von Janet Jackson und kann sich nicht so gut von Dingen trennen, deswegen ist their Zimmer auch immer dezent unordentlich, aber dafür geht der erste Kaffe am Morgen auf them und manchmal auch ans Bett der Mitbewohnis.

Aslı und Jones wohnen seit April zusammen, Ali ist dann erst frisch im November dazu gezogen. Unsere WG Dynamik ist sich noch voll am Einpendeln, wir haben schon unterschiedliche Rhythmen, aber versuchen auch alle irgendwie ein WG-Leben abseits einer Zweck-WG zu führen, klappt manchmal mehr, manchmal weniger. Um dicke Luft zu vermeiden wünschen wir uns eine offene und ehrliche Kommunikation über Grenzen, Wünsche und Bedürfnisse. Ein bisschen regelt da auch unser Putzplan. Wir waren bisher eine FLINTA*-WG und möchten das auch gerne bleiben. Außerdem wünschen wir uns eine Person, die eher in unserem Alter ist, wenn du das aber nicht bist und denkst dass wir trotzdem matchen könnten, melde dich gerne!
Und auch noch wichtig zu erwähnen, zwei von uns trinken keine Alkohol und wünschen sich auch, dass Alkohol in der Wohnung nicht so sichtbar ist. Wir haben demnach keinen Platz auf dem Küchenregal in dem sich fast leere Hartalkflaschen sammeln, aber das bedeutet natürlich nicht, dass du in der Wohnung keinen Alkohol trinken darfst, das ist vielleicht leichter in Person besprochen :)

Dear Loite,

We have a room in our FLINTA* shared flat that will be vacant on 1.2.2024 (but as its very soon, there is a bit of flexibility, lets just talk about it ;) ), about 20 square meters in size, with a window facing west. There used to be a window to the south, but unfortunately someone had the idea to close it again, but the room is still bright and has a recess where you can put pretty things. The rent is around 460€, but there are still some contracts need to be changed, but for orientation.
The flat is very central between Offenbach Marktplatz and Offenbach Mainstation. As we have only recently moved into the apartment ourselves, there are still a lot of options for decorating the communal areas such as the kitchen and hallway, but basically everything is there (except the pots, unfortunately the pots are also moving away :( ). We are very happy that our kitchen offers enough space to hang out in comfortably. We do this from time to time and cook the food we buy and share together, mainly vegetarian.

If you also hang out in the kitchen, you might bump into Aslı (30, she/they), Ali (27, she/they) and/or Jones (30, they/them).
Aslı usually announces herself by listening to pop songs from 1990-2010 early in the morning - the sun is also the first to arrive in her room - and often sings along. Her food is also often easily recognizable by the slightly too many pepperoni in it and the fact that 1 doesn't want to eat anything else. Let's hope she finishes her thesis soon so she can cook more of it!

Ali, who has the smallest room but gets the most light. She currently works at the weekend as a riding instructor on a farm a little further away and is therefore only here during the week. But when she is here, there are often delicious home-baked cookies and there is generally more going on in the kitchen. Ali also likes to go climbing a lot when she's here or check out the museums in FFM. Ali speaks French and English and a little German.
Jones is the last one to get sun in their room, but often has to get up early to go to uni or work anyway. They love Janet Jackson's music and are not very good at letting go of things, which is why their room is always discreetly messy, but the first coffee in the morning is on them and sometimes also on their flatmates' beds.
Aslı and Jones have been living together since April, Ali just moved in in November. Our flat-share dynamic is still settling in, we already have different rhythms, but we're all trying to lead a life away from a functional flat-share - sometimes it works more, sometimes less. We want open and honest communication about boundaries, wishes and needs in order to avoid a lot of tension. Our cleaning plan also regulates this a little. We've been a FLINTA* flat share so far and would like to stay that way. Also we prefer people that are more our age, but if you think it could still be a good match, please reach out :)
One important aspect is that two of us don't drink alcohol and its important for us, that alcohol is not too visible in our flat, which doesnt mean that you are not allowed to drink but rather that we dont like to see alcohol everyday in form of liquid bottles and so on. We can also talk about it when we meet.
