Wir vermieten von September bis einschließlich Oktober zwei Zimmer in unserer schönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, die wir zusammen als 3er-WG bewohnen. Während des Zeitraums würdest du dir die Wohnung mit unserem lieben Mitbewohner Aybars teilen. Hier siehst du mein Zimmer zur Südseite. Wir vermieten für diesen Zeitraum aber auch noch ein zweites Zimmer, dass du hier – https://www.wg-gesucht.de/6794180.html?ma=1 – sehen kannst.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig, hell und hat zwei doppelte Fenster nach Norden, zur Straße raus. Das Fenster ist nicht direkt einsehbar – schräg gegenüber steht ein Haus, aber direkt vor dem Fenster nur ein Baum und dann die Berliner Straße. Die ist definifitv auch in Hörweite, aber bei Lärmempfindlichkeit geht auf jeden Fall mit Fenstern zu, dann ist es sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet, auf der Kleiderstange und im Regal mache ich dir noch Platz, damit du dich für die Zeit wohnlich einrichten kannst. Das Bett ist 1,20m breit und es gibt zwei Decken und zwei Kissen.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr gemütlich, grün und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alle, die uns besuchen kommen, fühlen sich hier wohl!

I sublet my room in our beautiful 3 room apartment from September until November. Usually it's used as a shared flat by three people, two of us will not be there at this time. The room is bright, friendly and furnished. I'll make some space for you on the clothes rail and in the shelf so you can make yourself a home. The mattress measures 1.40m and there are two blankets and two pillows. The window faces the backyard and the next house lies across two backyards, so the neighbors don't have a direct view into the room.
All in all, our flat is super cosy, green and tastefully furnished. Everyone who comes over usually feels at home right away!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Offenbacher Innenstadt sowie die S-Bahnstation Marktplatz sind in 5min fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof liegt in 12min Entfernung. Über die Kreuzung liegt ein kleiner Park. Auch am Mainufer ist man in 10min.
Im Haus sind pro Stockwerk je zwei Parteien, allerdings sind nur der 1. und der 2. Stock bewohnt. Im Erdgeschoss ist dafür links eine kleine Kneipe und rechts eine Konditorei (mit dem
besten Kuchen Offenbachs 😉 ). Letztere sorgt auch dafür, dass der Hinterhof immer nach frisch gebackenem Kuchen riecht...

The apartment is located very centrally. It's a 5min walk by feet to the city center as well as the S-Bahn station Marktplatz. The central train station is about 12min far. Beyond the crossroad there's a small park. You'll reach the river side within a 10min walk (and from there it's easy to bike to Frankfurt).
Each storey is shared by two flats. But only 1st and 2nd floor are inhabited. On the ground level you'll find a small pub on the left and a cake shop on the right (which sells the best cake in town and makes the backyard smell amazing...).

...Wir sind alles andere als eine Zweck-WG und lieben unsere gemeinsame Wohnung. Wir wohnen hier seit über 4 Jahren und haben ein Faible für große Grünpflanzen.
Zwei von uns zieht es nach Marseille und wir wollen für die zwei Monate mal testen wie es sich so anfühlt dort zu leben.
Du würdest mit unserem Mitbewohner Aybars und einer weiteren Zwischenmiete dort leben. Aybars ist unser liebenswerter Istanbulimport, mit dem es sich wunderbar aushalten lässt. Er möchte sich gerade in seinem Job neu orientieren und schaut hoffentlich ab und an mal mach unseren Pflanzen 😜

We love our flat and since we moved in four years ago we do our best to make it a nice space to live.
Two of us want to move to Marseille for a while so you will be living with our lovely Istanbul-import Aybars and another sublet. Aybars is always up for a good laugh and tries to reorient his career.

Wichtig zu sagen wäre noch, dass unsere Pflanzen regelmäßig gegossen werden müssen, die sind wirklich unsere Schätzchen. Dafür habe ich auch die Kaution angegeben, falls eine der großen Pflanzen kaputt geht. Aber keine Sorge, sie sind sehr pflegeleicht und Aybars wird auch ein bisschen drauf achten.

Last, it's important to mention that our plants need water on a regular basis. They're really our babies. That's also the reason why I ask for the bail, in case that one of the big plants dies. But don't worry, if they get water they're easy to take care of and my roomate is there just in case...
