Hallo lieber potenzieller Mitbewohner,
aktuell leben wir, Martin (29) und ich (25) in unserer schönen WG direkt am Main. Martin ist Bauingenieur, super unkompliziert und ein netter Mitbewohner. Leider werde ich demnächst ausziehen, weshalb wir auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter sind.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit anschließendem Balkon, welche gerne gemeinsam genutzt werden können. Zudem gibt es zwei Bäder (ein Gäste WZ sowie ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Wanne). Das Zimmer gerne gerne optional mit Möbeln (Schrank, Bett & Weinkisten) gemietet werden.

Hello dear potential roommate,
currently we, Martin (29) and I (25) live in our beautiful flat share directly with view at the Main. Martin is a construction engineer, super uncomplicated and a nice flatmate. Unfortunately I will move out soon, so we are looking for a new tenant.
The apartment has a large living room with an adjoining balcony, which can be used together. There are also two bathrooms (one guest toilet and a large bathroom with shower and tub). The room can be rented with optional furniture (wardrobe, bed & wine boxes).
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Main. Die nächste S-Bahn Haltestelle (Ledermuseum) ist in 12 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (dm, Rewe, Alnatura etc.) befinden sich 5 Gehminten entfernt.

The apartment is located directly on the Main. The next S-Bahn stop (Ledermuseum) is within 12 minutes walking distance. Shopping facilities (dm, Rewe, Alnatura etc.) are within 5 minutes walking distance.
Das WG-Leben ist super entspannt. Es kann gemeinsam gekocht werden, oder auch nicht. Je nach Lust und Laune. :-)
