It is about room 2 with 16 sqm and practical generous cut.
The room has access to the balcony with south-west orientation and a beautiful view of a new development area. Next to the balcony door two wide windows provide a lot of light in the cosy room.
The room is furnished with bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers and clothes rail. The furniture is in good condition.
Among the highlights of the apartment are the top equipped kitchen (dishwasher, built-in microwave, oven with circulating air, high-quality sink, refrigerator with separate freezer and lots of storage space) and the bright daylight bathroom with bathtub.
