Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein! In 5 min bist du zum Offenbacher Hbf gelaufen, von hier fahren Regionalzüge und S-Bahnen und man ist von hier in 7 min am Südbahnhof in Frankfurt. In 10 min ist man zum Marktplatz gelaufen, von dort fahren auch diverse S-Bahnen und Busse und man ist z.B. in 10 min an der Hauptwache in Frankfurt. Außerdem gibt es in 3 min. Laufentfernung auch eine Busstation. Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist von hier in ca. 10 min auf der A661 und in ca. 25 min in Frankfurt/Innenstadt. Es gibt in der Umgebung einen Aldi (7 min), Penny (9 min), Bioladen (1 min), Norma (9min) und einige Bäcker, Cafes und Restaurants.

The location couldnt be better! In 5 min you can reach Offenbach main station, from here regional trains and suburban trains leave and in 7 min you could be at Frankfurt Südbahnhof. In 10 min you reach Marktplatz, from there several suburban trains and busses leave and in 10 min you are e.g. at the Hauptwache in Frankfurt. There is also a bus station within 3 min. walking distance. If you are travelling by car, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the A661 and about 25 minutes to get to Frankfurt/City. There is an Aldi (7 min), Penny (9 min), Bio store (1 min), Norma (9 min) and some bakerys, cafes and restaurants in the area.

Meine Mitbewohnerin Stuti und ich (Julius) suchen eine Nachmieter*in für das ehemalige Zimmer von Sophie, die wegen ihres Jobs umziehen mag. Stuti hat im gerade ihren Master in Architektur an der Städelschule abgeschlossen und ich studiere Ästhetik und Philosophie in Frankfurt und Darmstadt im Master. Stuti wohnt schon seit ca. einem Jahr hier und ich seit 2 Monaten. Da Stuti aus Indien kommt und noch nicht so viel Deutsch spricht, wär es gut, wenn du nichts dagegen hast, auch Englisch miteinander zu sprechen.

Stuti und ich tauschen uns gerne über unseren Alltag aus, gehen auf Ausstellungen, kochen ab und an füreinander und sind, wie ich finde, ziemlich hilfsbereit für so etwa alles Mögliche. Was Ordentlichkeit und Sauberkeit angeht sind wir nicht übermäßig pedantisch, aber wir legen beide wert darauf, dass wir uns an unseren Putzplan halten und auch ansonsten aktiv um die WG kümmern. Das macht es für alle einfacher.

My roommate Stuti and I (Julius) are looking for a new tenant for the former room of Sophie, who will have to move because of her job. Stuti is a recent graduate of the Städelschule Architecture Class and I am studying a Masters in Aesthetics and one in Philosophy in Frankfurt and Darmstadt. Stuti has been living here for about a year and I for two months. Since Stuti does not speak much German yet, it would be helpful if you would not have a problem speaking in English.

Stuti and I like to talk about our everyday life, go to exhibitions, like to cook for another every now and then and are, in my opinion, pretty cooperative for just about anything. We are not overly pedantic about neatness and cleanliness, but we both value that we follow our cleaning schedule and are both actively caring about the apartment. That just makes it easier for everyone.
