Ich vermiete ein kleines Zimmer mit französischen Balkon und Mainblick an eine sympathische, vertrauensvolle Person.
Derzeit steht noch ein Schreibtisch, eine Matratze (90 cm und sehr bequem) und ein Regal im Zimmer. Auf Wunsch kann auch eine Kommode mitbenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist noch nicht ganz fertig eingerichtet, hat aber schon ihren Charme und die Grundausstattung wie Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster etc. ist vorhanden.
Es kostet all inkl. (Umlagen, Strom, Gas, Kaltmiete, Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag) 400 € monatlich. Der Anteil der Gas und Strompreise kann auch nach Abrechnung wieder sinken, sodass sich die Miete verringert. 50 € zusätzlich sind für die Möbelnutzung und den Abstand berechnet. Einzug und Auszug ist flexibel, sprecht mich einfach an. :)
I rent a small room with a French balcony and a view of the Main to a sympathetic, trustworthy person.
Currently, there is a desk, a mattress (90 cm and very comfortable) and a shelf in the room. If desired, a chest of drawers can also be shared.
The balcony, which leads through my bedroom, can also be used and decorated.
The flat is not yet completely furnished, but it already has its charm and the basic equipment such as washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster etc. is available.
It costs 400 € per month all inclusive (charges, electricity, gas, rent, internet). Furniture and maintenance costs 50 € Moving in and out is flexible, just contact me. :)

Sehr gute Verkehranbindung durch die S-Bahnlinien S1,S2,S8,S9, durch die man in 11 Minuten an der Konstablerwache in Frankfurt ist, in 15 Minuten am Hbf. Zur S-Bahnstation Offenbach Marktplatz läuft man 7 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man direkt am Main entlang fahren und benötigt etwa 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
Im Hafenzentrum nur unweit der Wohnung entfernt gibt es einen Rewe und einen DM, sowie einen Alnatura. In der Umgebung finden sich aber auch zahlreiche andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Lidl, Tegut, Aldi). Das Wohnzimmer und das Arbeitszimmer sind auf den Main gerichtet.Der Balkon ist nach süd-westen ausgerichtet und sehr sonnig bis in die Abendstunden.
Ich wünsche mir ein respektvolles und auch humorvolles Miteinander und eine Person, die schon WG-Erfahrung besitzt. Wichtig ist mir eine offene Kommunikation und keine reine Zweckbeziehung. D.h. dass wir auch (mal) gemeinsam essen, und wenn es sich ergibt auch zusammen ausgehen o.ä. wonach uns auch immer ist (natürlich ohne Verpflichtung und mit genügend Raum für Rückzug). Ich habe keine Lust auf Mackertypen nirgends, aber insbesondere zuhause nicht.
Die Coronalage nehme ich immer noch ernst, habe mich noch nicht infiziert und freue mich, wenn das auch noch eine Weile so bleibt. Regelmäßiges Testen gehört für mich dazu.
Zu mir: Ich habe lange Soziologie und Philosophie studiert, befinde mich momentan in einer Phase in der ich recht viel arbeite/lerne und schreibe, trotzdem gehe ich gerne aus und möchte gerade meinem Sport wieder nachgehen. Ich arbeite in Teilzeit und studiere nebenher im Master.
I would like to have a respectful and humorous relationship with someone who already has experience living in a shared flat. Open communication is important to me and not a purely functional relationship. I.e. that we also (sometimes) eat together, and if it arises also go out together or the like, whatever we feel like (of course without obligation and with enough space for retreat). I don't like mack guys anywhere, but especially not at home.
I still take the Coronalage seriously, haven't become infected yet and am happy if it stays that way for a while. Regular testing is part of it for me.
About me: I studied sociology and philosophy for a long time, have been through a lot and am currently in a phase in which I work/study and write quite a lot, but I still like to go out and just want to pursue my sport again. I work part-time and am studying for a Master's degree.
