Zentrale WG in Offenbach

Die WG liegt ziemlich zentral, mitten in Offenbach am HBF. Das hat zwei Vorteile: 1. es gibt sporadisch eine kostenlose, ungefragte Rüttelmassage durch Güterzüge und 2. liegt die die Bushaltestelle und Bahn-Verbindung nach Frankfurt nur 2min Fußweg entfernt.
Der Markplatz ist in gemütlichen 15min zu erreichen (rennend unter 10 ;D). Am Marktplatz gibt's eine S-Bahn Station, Wochenmärkte und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeite. So sind die meisten Geschäfte und Ärzten direkt in der Nähe zu finden

The WG is located quite centrally, in the middle of Offenbach at the main station. This has two advantages: 1. there is sporadically a free, unsolicited jolt massage by freight trains and 2. the bus stop and train connection to Frankfurt is only a 2min walk away.
The market place can be reached in a comfortable 15min (running under 10 ;D). At the marketplace there's a S-Bahn station, weekly markets and other shopping opportunities. So most stores and doctors can be found directly near to the WG.

Wir sind ne ruhige und entspannte WG. Gemeinsam mit mir leben Lydia (Ende 20) und Ludwig (Mitte 20). Aktuell sind wir zu dritt und bunt gemischt. Lydia studiert BWL an der FH in Frankfurt und ist vor wenigen Monaten eingezogen, aktuell ist sie öfters zu Hause und geht am Wochenende auch mal feiern, wenn's passt. Wenn du auf Melodic Techno stehst, nimmt sie dich bestimmt gerne mal mit. Abends trifft man sie auch öfters mit ner Serie in der Küche. Ludwig studiert Politik und Philo an der Goethe, nebenbei arbeitet er in einem Verlag und arbeitet dort mit wechselnden und sich erweiternden Aufgaben an kreativen Projekten. Neben vielen Nett to know Facts, die er im Petto hat, ist er hilfsbereit, handwerklich veranlagt und leiht dir sicherlich auch mal n Game für die Playsi 4, falls das dein Ding ist.

Wir leben nach dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss". Aktuell kochen wir relativ wenig aufgrund von Zeitmangel, manchmal bestellen wir jedoch gemeinsam.
Erst vor kurzem haben wir angefangen unseren Putzplan zu dokumentieren, es dient aktuell mehr zu Übersicht als, dass strikt geregelt ist - klappt ganz gut, finde ich. Meisten trifft man sich zum Essen, morgens bei der Kaffee bzw. Smoothie-Routine oder abends zum Abendessen.
Aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung ist es notwendig etwas Rücksicht aufeinander zu nehmen.

We are a quiet and relaxed WG. Together with me live Lydia (late 20s) and Ludwig (mid 20s). Currently we are three and mixed. Lydia studies business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt and moved in a few months ago. Currently she is at home more often and goes partying on weekends when it suits her. If you're into melodic techno, she'll be happy to take you along. In the evenings you can often meet her in the kitchen with a series. Ludwig studies politics and philo at the Goethe, besides he works in a publishing house and works there on creative projects with changing and expanding tasks. Besides a lot of nice to know facts, he is helpful, crafty and will surely lend you a game for the Playsi 4, if that's your thing.

We live by the motto "Everything can, nothing must". Currently we cook relatively little due to lack of time, but sometimes we order together.
Only recently we started to document our cleaning schedule, it currently serves more to overview than that is strictly regulated - works quite well, I think. Mostly we meet for dinner, in the morning for the coffee or smoothie routine or in the evening for dinner.
Due to the brightness of the apartment it is necessary to take some consideration for each other
