Ich habe vom 01.04.2023 bis zum 01.06.2023 ein kleines, aber feines Zimmer in einer 3er-WG abzugeben, da ich dualer Student bin und für den Zeitraum nicht in Offenbach wohne. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (ausgestattet mit Schrank, Spiegel, Regal mit fünf Fächern, einem Schreibtisch, großem Bett und einem kleinen Regal neben dem Bett). Die Wohnung selbst hat eine große Küche, im Bad ist eine Eckwanne und eine separate Dusche vorhanden. Die Toilette ist außerhalb des Badezimmers in einem kleinen Nebenraum. Die Wohnung wurde 2020 komplett renoviert und hat 2019 neue Fenster und ein neues Dach bekommen. Außerdem sind ein Trockner, eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine und ein großer Kühlschrank vorhanden. Bei Interesse kann ich gerne ein paar Bilder schicken.
Über mich:
Ich bin Jakob, 19 Jahre alt und studiere dual Wirtschaftsinformatik. Ich pendele alle drei Monate zwischen den Standorten Frankfurt und Stuttgart je nachdem, ob ich in der Praxis- oder Theoriephase bin.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Offenbach, der Marktplatz ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die S-Bahn und der Hauptbahnhof sind jeweils in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Fitnessstudio sowie ein Supermarkt sind einen Fußmarsch von 1 bis 2 Minuten entfernt.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 400 Euro plus 100 Euro für Strom, Wasser, Gas, Internet und Müll etc. sowie 10 Euro als Möblierungsaufschlag, da das Zimmer vorher keine Austattung hatte.
