Du suchst eine super WG mit guter Ausstattung, netten Leuten und zentraler Lage? Warum nicht am Main wohnen, wie in Offenbach, super S-Bahn Anbindung nach Frankfurt HBF, 15 min.

Das hier angebotene Zimmer befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss und ist Bestandteil einer Wohnung mit über 120 qm Wohnfläche für 4 Personen, zusätzlich gehört eine weitere Etage mit 120 qm Fläche zur WG, dort wohnen drei weitere Mitbewohnerinnen . Das Zimmer mit bodentiefen Fenstern (Sicht- und Sonnenschutz) und französischem Balkon ist hell warm, gleichzeitig kühl im Sommer. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert mit einem großen Bett (1,40m x 2m), Schreibtisch, Kommode und Kleiderschrank. Du kannst jederzeit mit WLAN arbeiten, jede WG Ebene hat einen eigenen sicheren WLAN und LAN VDSL Anschluss.

Genügend Privatsphäre, die WG besteht aus 2 Wohnungen, somit konnten wir genug Rückzugsbereiche für alle Mitbewohnerinnen schaffen. Im großen gemeinsamen Wohnzimer stehen gemütliche Sofas und ein Fernseher. Die zwei Wohnungen verfügen über zwei Küchen, mehrere Bäder (ein Tageslichtbad mit großer Badewanne) und Duschen. Die WG verfügt zudem über einen modernen Waschraum, mit Trockner und Waschmaschine (E-Klasse A++, mit Digitaluhrrestlaufanzeige). Der Waschraum ist nur für WG Bewohnerinnen zugänglich.

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig! Das Haus liegt sozusagen in zweiter Reihe / Hinterhaus. Die Randbebauung entlang der Kaiserstrasse hält den Verkehrslärm wirkungsvoll ab. Die Hofeinfahrt ist durch ein elektrisch betriebenes Tor gesichert, das in Kombination mit den um das gesamte Grundstück verlaufenden Mauern für ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit sorgt.

Es gibt gesichterte und überdachte Fahrradstellplätze direkt auf dem Grundstück. Ein Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück kann für 75,00 Euro pro Monat auf Wunsch zusätzlich angemietet werden.

Alle Kosten sind bereits in der Miete enthalten. Die WG hat einen eigenen externen Reinigungsservice für alle gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bereiche und die Kosten sind inkludiert in der Gesamtmiete, keine Extrakosten.
