Wir wohnen in einer sehr schönen Jugendstilwohnung. Da ich nach Freiburg ziehe, suchen wir einen neuen Mitbewohner/in. Die Wohnung ist sehr Hell.(auch das Zimmer) Und hat einen großen Balkon. Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat hohe Decken und einen Holz - Dielenboden. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.

Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man sehr gut die Hochschule 2,5 km. Um die Ecke ist ein Kiosk, Bäcker und ein Bauernladen.Bahnhof 7 Minuten zu Fuß( 550m). Lidl 2Min, Kaufland 7min.
Ein Altbau ruhiges Viertel mit vielen Studenten.
Alessia, 25 , studiert Sozialarbeit und arbeitet als Heilerziehungspflegerin in Offenburg. Benjamin ( 19) sympathischer Maschinenbauer Student aus Frankreich. Wir führen ein nettes und unkompliziertes WG - Leben.
