The room will be available from 1 August 2025. It is 14 square meters and is located in our cozy apartment. In the room there are three very large windows, so it is always beautifully bright during the day.
The room will be UNMÖBLIERT!
In addition to your future room there are two more rooms in the WG. In one of them, Luis (m, 21) lives straight. The other room will be free, so even there is a possibility to move in:)
Otherwise we have a quite large and well-equipped kitchen (same time also dining room) with stove, oven and a dishwasher. In addition, there is a storage room in which we store plasters and others.
The bathroom is also quite large with a large sink and a chic shower.
In addition, we have toilets and bathrooms separated, so that you get quite rarely in the cross.
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 1.August 2025 verfügbar sein. Es ist 14 Quadratmeter groß und befindet sich in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung. Im Zimmer gibt es drei sehr große Fenster, sodass es tagsüber immer schön hell ist.
Das Zimmer wird UNMÖBLIERT sein!
Neben deinem zukünftigen Zimmer gibt es noch zwei weitere Zimmer in der WG. In einem davon wohnt Luis (m, 21) gerade. Das andere Zimmer wird frei sein, sodass sogar die Möglichkeit besteht ZU ZWEIT einzuziehen :)
Ansonsten haben wir eine recht große und gut ausgestattete Küche (gleichzeitig auch Esszimmer) mit Herd, Backofen und einer Spülmaschine. Zudem gibt es einen Abstellraum, in dem wir Putzutensilien und weiteres aufbewahren.
Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls recht groß mit einem weiten Waschbecken und einer schicken Dusche.
Außerdem sind bei uns Toilette und Badezimmer getrennt, sodass man sich recht selten in die Quere kommt.
The apartment is great and is located in the eastern town of Offenburgs in a very beautiful residential area.
On foot it is in the city centre 15 min, to the station and to the next Aldi only 10 minutes. The next Edeka can also be reached within 10 minutes.
Everything can be reached by bike in 5-10 minutes.
To the university in Offenburg (and also the Gifizsee :D)
you need about 10 minutes by bike.
Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen und befindet sich in der Oststadt Offenburgs in einem sehr schönen Wohngebiet.
Zu Fuß sind es in die Innenstadt 15 min, zum Bahnhof und zum nächsten Aldi nur 10 Minuten. Auch der nächste Edeka ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar.
Zur Hochschule in Offenburg (und auch dem Gifizsee :D)
brauchst du ungefähr 10 Minuten mit dem Rad.
The previous WG life is very relaxed and warm, where you meet for chatting in the kitchen, cook together or take something together. So no purpose WG.
However, we also value that everyone can withdraw at any time and we respect the wishes of others. In addition, we naturally want the WG to remain clean, so we also need a certain amount of cleanliness and identity.

Das bisherige WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und herzlich, bei dem man sich zum Plaudern in der Küche trifft, zusammen kocht oder mal etwas gemeinsam unternimmt. Also keinesfalls eine Zweck-WG.
Wir legen jedoch auch Wert darauf, dass sich alle jederzeit zurückziehen können und wir die Wünsche der anderen respektieren. Zudem wollen wir natürlich, dass die WG immer schön sauber bleibt, also ist uns ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit ebenfalls wichtig.
Wenn du auch Lust hast, neue Leute kennenzulernen, offen und freundlich bist, dann melde dich gerne.
The house has its own parking lot and also in the nearby streets many parking possibilities.
There is also a washing cellar where our own washing machine is available. There is also room to dry the laundry.
There is also a bicycle shed behind the house, where you can leave your bike safely.

Das Haus besitzt einen eigenen Parkplatz und auch sonst in den anliegenden Straßen sehr viele Parkmöglichkeiten.
Zudem gibt es einen Waschkeller, in dem uns eine eigene Waschmaschine zur Verfügung steht. Dort ist ebenfalls Platz, um die Wäsche zu trocknen.
Außerdem gibt es hinter dem Haus auch noch einen Fahrradschuppen, in dem du dein Fahrrad sicher abstellen kannst.
