Suche WG mit coolen Leuten :) Looking for a WG with cool people

ich bin Stefan, 26 Jahre alt und suche ab Juni ein WG-Zimmer in Offenburg. Ich komme nicht direkt aus der Region, habe hier aber vor ca. 2 Monaten einen Job begonnen (als Data Scientist bei EDEKA) und suche nun nach einer schönen Bleibe :) Da ich während meines Studiums eigentlich immer in WGs gelebt habe und ich diese Zeit auch immer sehr genossen habe, suche ich auch jetzt wieder nach einem WG-Zimmer. Da macht eine Berufstätigen-WG natürlich Sinn, eine Studenten-WG kommt für mich aber genau so infrage. Ich war ja bis vor kurzem auch noch Student.

Da sich mein Arbeitsplatz im Nord-Westen (im Industriegebiet) von Offenburg befinden wird, bin ich besonders an WGs in diesem Gebiet + Innenstadt interessiert. Andere Stadtteile kommen für mich aber auch infrage. Am Ende ist mir eine WG mit passenden Mitbewohnern definitiv mehr Wert als die Location!

Ich bin sehr daran interessiert, etwas was mit meinen Mitbewohnern (also dir/euch:)) zu unternehmen. Einen entspannten Kochabend, ein paar Runden Mario Kart mit nem Bierchen oder auch mal zusammen was Essen oder ins Kino gehen fände ich super. Deine/eure Privatsphäre respektiere ich natürlich auch. Ich kenne den Uni- bzw. Arbeitsstress und weiß, dass man auch mal einfach nichts machen möchte.

Was meine Interessen angeht, gehe ich gerne Bouldern oder mache Calesthenics. Auch Yoga und Meditation habe ich für mich entdeckt, mache diese aber leider nicht mehr regelmäßig. Wir können gerne zusammen Sport machen, falls du/ihr Bock habt :) Meiner Motivation würde das auf jeden Fall guttun xD
Ansonsten lese ich super gerne und lerne in meiner Freizeit gerne neue Sprachen (mit mäßigem Erfolg). Aktuell bin ich am Spanisch lernen und habe mich in Offenburg auch wieder für einen Kurs einschreiben.

Was Sauberkeit angeht, habe ich leider schon schlechte Erfahrungen in einer meiner letzten WGs gemacht, deshalb:
Sollte in der WG nicht regelmäßig geputzt werden (ca. 1-mal die Woche), oder wenn Mülltrennung (speziell Biomüll von anderem Müll) für euch kein Begriff sein sollte, dann sind wir wahrscheinlich kein Match :/

Hier noch ein paar letzte Punkte:
Ich suche vorrangig nach einem möblierten Zimmer.
Die Miete finanziere ich mir durch meinen bezahlten Vollzeitjob bei EDEKA. Damit habe ich also ein stabiles Einkommen.
Ich bin Nichtraucher.
Dickes Plus, falls die WG ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer hat :)
Internationale WGs sind für mich kein Problem. Gerne können wir uns auch auf Englisch unterhalten.

I'm Stefan, 26 years old and I'm looking for a room in a shared flat in Offenburg from May. I'm not directly from the region, but started a job here about 2 weeks ago (as a data scientist at EDEKA) and am now looking for a nice place to stay :) As I always lived in shared flats during my studies and always enjoyed this time very much, I am now looking for a room in a shared flat again. A shared flat for professionals makes sense, of course, but a shared flat for students is also an option for me. I was also a student until recently.

As my workplace will be in the north-west (industrial area) of Offenburg, I'm particularly interested in shared flats in this area + city centre. However, I would also consider other neighbourhoods. Ultimately, a flat with suitable flatmates is worth more to me than the location!

I'm very interested in doing something with my flatmates (i.e. you :)). I'd love a relaxed cooking evening, a few rounds of Mario Kart with a beer or a meal out together or a trip to the cinema. Of course, I also respect your privacy. I know the stress of university and work and I know that sometimes you just want to do nothing.

As for my interests, I like to go bouldering or do callisthenics. I've also discovered yoga and meditation, but unfortunately, I don't do them regularly any more. We can do sports together if you are up for it :) It would definitely be good for my motivation xD
Apart from that, I really enjoy reading and learning new languages in my free time (with moderate success). I'm currently learning Spanish and have signed up for another course in Offenburg.

As far as cleanliness is concerned, I unfortunately had a bad experience in one of my last flatshares, which is why:
If the flat is not cleaned regularly (about once a week), or if waste separation (especially organic waste from other waste) is not a concept for you, then we are probably not a match :/

Here are a few final points:
I am primarily looking for a furnished room.
I finance the rent through my paid full-time job at EDEKA. So I have a stable income.
I am a non-smoker.
A big plus if the flat share has a shared living room :)
International flat shares are no problem for me. We can also talk in English.
