Hey :) Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert also musst du gar nicht viel schleppen ;) Im Zimmer ist es tagsüber schön hell, weil die Sonne durch das Fenster mit Südausrichtung scheint.
Nebenan ist das große Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Esstisch, welches du auch gerne mitbenutzen kannst :)

Hey :) The room is already furnished so you don't have to carry much ;) The room is nice and bright during the day because the sun shines through the south-facing window.
Next door is the large living room with sofa and dining table, which you are also welcome to use :)
Das Zimmer liegt in einer ruhigen Einfamilienhausgegend in direkter Uninähe, wodurch man perfekt mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni fahren kann. Auch in die Innenstadt braucht man nur etwa 20 min mit dem Fahrrad.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist keine 100 Meter entfernt und bietet regelmäßigen Anschluss in die Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof, wohin man auch nur etwa 15 min braucht.
Dirakt in der Nähe sind jeweils ein Edeka und ein Aktiv Irma, bei dem auch ein Altglascontainer steht.
Man kann in der Gegend gut spazieren gehen und ist in nur wenigen Minuten in der Natur.

The room is located in a quiet single-family house area close to the university, making it perfect for cycling to the university. The city center is also only about 20 minutes by bike.
The nearest bus stop is less than 100 meters away and offers regular connections to the city centre and the main train station, which also only takes about 15 minutes.
Directly nearby are an Edeka and an Aktiv Irma, where there is also a used glass container.
It's in an area that’s great to take walks in and you can be in the nature in just a few minutes.
