Ich biete zwischen dem 01.07. und 01.10. ein möbliertes Zimmer an. Die Wohnung liegt in Petersfehn 1, was zwar nicht direkt zu Oldenburg gehört, allerdings näher an der Uni und der Polizeiakademie liegt als viele andere Stadtteile Oldenburgs. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man sowohl die Uni als auch die PA in max. 10 bis 15 min..
Zu Fuß kann man auch bequem Lidl oder Netto erreichen. Post & Apotheke liegen auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Zimmer ist 26 qm² groß und soll möbliert (großes Bett, Fernseher, Sofa, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal) vermietet werden.
Die Küche der Wohnung besitzt sogar eine Spülmaschine :-)
Ansonsten erwartet euch eine super nette Mitbewohnerin. Sie ist – genau wie ich - Studentin an der Polizeiakademie in Oldenburg. Achja, das Wichtigste: das Zimmer kostet mit allem drum und dran monatlich 290 Euro.
