Das Zimmer ist das größte in der WG, ist quadratisch geschnitten, was eine optimale Flächen Ausnutzung bietet.
Man hat einen Zugang zum Balkon und hat den ganzen Tag Sonnenlicht.
Es befindet sich ein großer Heizkörper im Zimmer und ein langer Heizkörper unter der Fenster Bank.
Es hat eine große Fenster Front zum Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt Zentral in Oldenburg Bürgerfelde,man braucht Ca. 3 min zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle und 5 zum Supermarkt und zum Getränkemarkt. Zwei Banken sind auch im direkten Umkreis.Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 15 Minuten zur Uni und zum Hauptbahnhof.
Auch die Innenstadt ist mit 15 min nur einen Katzensprung entfernt .
Ich selber bin Auzubi und wohne mit 2 Studenten zusammen, verlasse jetzt jedoch die Wohnung.
Es ist nichts konkretes erwünscht also ob Student oder Azubi, ihr seid Willkommen :)
Es ist eine eher ruhige WG was aber nicht heißt das man nicht zusammen was Unternehmen kann oder Besuch empfangen darf.
Bei Bedarf kann mein Bett und ein Schreibtisch sowie ein Sitzsack kostenfrei übernommen werden.
In der Wohnung ist eine Waschmaschiene sowie Kühlschrank,induktionsplatten,normale Herdplatten und alles was man so zum Leben braucht vorhanden.
Es gibt einen normalen Keller sowie einen Fahrrad Keller.
Parkplätze sind in der Siedlung eigentlich immer vorhanden :)
