Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich suche einen Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer in meiner mehr als liebgewonnen WG. In unserer WG habt ihr alles was das Herz begehrt:

Für unsere WG Kasse, falls mal etwas kaputt gehen sollte, werden monatlich 10€ von jedem gezahlt, um größeren Kosten fern bleiben zu können. Dadurch kommen monatliche Kosten von 253€ auf Dich zu.
Ob du Student oder berufstätig bist ist egal, da Du bei uns auf beides triffst. Wir pflegen ein freundschaftliches Miteinander, also solltest Du nicht kontaktscheu sein. Deine Privatsphäre kommt trotzdem nicht zu kurz, da es auch immer mal vorkommt, dass man die Wohnung für sich hat. Wir würden uns freuen dich kennen zu lernen.
