Dein Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und hat ein Fenster zum Garten und noch ein kleines Fenster weiter oben. Es ist relativ geräumig, ungefähr 18 qm. Der Schnitt ist eher länglich mit kleinen Einbuchtungen, wo du z.B. einen Kleiderschrank reinstellen kannst :)
Ansonsten hat die WG einen kleinen, aber feinen WG Raum und eine sweete Küche, in der wir gerne mal zusammen oder eine Person für alle kocht. Außerdem haben wir zwei Badezimmer, eine Badewanne (juhu) und eine Dusche, Spül- und Waschmaschine gibt’s auch. Zum Haus gehört noch ein wunderschöner, großer Garten, den wir im Sommer gerne und viel nutzen. Falls du also Bock auf Gartenaction hast – du bist herzlich eingeladen dich auszutoben, gerade auch mit Sachen anpflanzen. Dazu gehört auch noch ein Außenkamin, ganz fancy, im Winter und auch im Sommer gibt’s ab und zu mal abends ein kleines Feuer :) Außerdem gibt es noch eine Garage und einen Keller – Stauraum für Zeug ist also auch vorhanden.

Your room is very cozy and has a window overlooking the garden and a smaller window. It is relatively spacious, about 18 square meters. The layout is rather elongated with small indentations where you can put a closet, for example :)
The house also has a small but nice living room and a cute kitchen where we can cook together or one person can cook for everyone. We also have two bathrooms, a bathtub (yay) and a shower, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. The house also has a beautiful, large garden, which we enjoy using a lot in the summer. So if you're up for some gardening action - you're welcome to let off steam, especially with planting things. There is also an outdoor fireplace, very fancy. From time to time we like to enjoy sitting around the fire, in winter as well as in summer :) There is also a garage and a cellar - so there is plenty of storage space for stuff.
Die WG liegt ruhig in der Ecke Nadorst/Donnerschwee. Um uns rum wohnen vor allem ältere Menschen und Familien, aber auch ein paar WG’s sind hier versteckt. Deshalb ist es hier ansich relativ ruhig, aber mensch kann auch mal laut sein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 5 – 10 Minuten erreichbar – Rewe, Aldi und Denns sehr nahe, ansonsten gibt es noch ein kleines mini Stück weiter Lidl. Im Sommer bist du außerdem schnell am Bornhorster See und sowieso fix in der Natur. Zur Uni sind es mit dem Fahrrad knapp 20 Minuten, in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof bei entspanntem Tempo 10 Minuten. Also top Lage! Und die Busanbindung ist auch gut, du kommst schnell mit mehreren Linien in die Stadt, zur Uni oder zum Hbf.

The house is quietly located in the corner of Nadorst/Donnerschwee. Mostly older people and families live around us, but there are also a few hidden WGs. That's why it's relatively quiet here, but you can be noisy, too. Shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 5 - 10 minutes - Rewe, Aldi and Denns are very close, otherwise there is Lidl a little further on. In summer, you're also quickly at Bornhorster See and in the countryside anyway. It's just under 20 minutes to the university by bike and 10 minutes to the city center and train station at a relaxed pace. So it's a great location! And the bus connections are also good, you can quickly get to the city, the university or the main station on several lines.
Wir sind vier Menschen, zwischen 25 und 32, die Bock auf gemeinschaftliches Wohnen haben, aber ganz nach dem Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss. Ob gemeinsam kochen oder bekocht werden, auf dem Sofa versacken oder im Garten, gemeinsamer Filmabend oder mal feiern gehen, häkeln oder lesen, Polittalks auf dem Sofa – wir machen gerne Dinge zusammen, haben aber auch alle unsere eigenen Verpflichtungen wie Uni/Arbeit/Care/Freizeit und sonstiges. Die WG bietet Raum, dein eigenes Ding zu machen, aber auch Menschen um dich rum zu haben, die Bock auf einander mitkriegen haben. Wir haben einen Putzplan und eine WG Kasse, teilen also alle Lebensmittel und essen vegan (wenn du aber mal Bock auf Käse oder sonstwas hast ist das auch kein Problem!). Wir suchen auf jeden Fall eine FLINTA+ Person, da wir damit alle gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben.

We are four people, between 25 and 32, who are keen to live together, but according to the motto: everything is possible, but nothing mandatory. Whether it's cooking together or being cooked for, relaxing on the sofa or in the garden, going to the movies together or partying, crocheting or reading, political kitchen talks - we like to do things together, but we also all have our own commitments such as university/work/care/leisure and other things. The flat share offers space to do your own thing, but also to have people around you who are up for getting to know each other. We have a cleaning plan and a shared cash register, so we share all the food and eat vegan (but if you fancy cheese or something else, that's no problem!). We are definitely looking for a WLINTA+ person (woman*lesbian*inter*nonbinary*trans*agender*).

Die Miete ist leider noch um einiges gestiegen, weil die Gaspreisbremse ausgelaufen ist. Wir wissen aber auch noch nicht, wie viel das genau sein wird. Der angegebene Preis sollte ungefähr hinhauen. Kann aber auch so +- 10 € anders ausfallen.

Our rent just increased by a lot this month due to phased out state subsidies on the gas price. We're not sure exactly how much it will be, the rent we give here should be about right but may vary around +- 10 €.
