Your future room is about 10 square meters tall and has a window with a view into the garden, making it very flooded with light. It is directly connected to the living and dining area, which you can also see in the floor plan. The attic apartment contains a large communal room with kitchen, from which three separate rooms, i.e. our bedrooms, leave.
We have a shared bathroom with daylight that goes from the small hall right next to the entrance door. On the photos you will see the room as it is currently furnitured and on the other photos as it was empty before reference, so as you would also include:)

Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 10 qm groß und besitzt ein Fenster mit Ausblick in den Garten, wodurch es sehr lichtdurchflutet ist. Es befindet sich im direkten Anschluss an den Wohn- und Essbereich, was du auch im Grundriss erkennen kannst. Die Dachgeschosswohnung enthält einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche, wovon dann drei getrennte Räume, also unsere Schlafzimmer, abgehen.
Wir besitzen ein Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer mit Tageslicht welches von dem kleinen Flur direkt neben der Eingangstür abgeht. Auf den Fotos siehst du einmal das Zimmer wie es aktuell möbeliert ist und auf den anderen Fotos wie es vor Bezug leer war, also so wie du auch einziehen würdest :)
The location is very good! Our apartment is located in the Ehnernstraße, which is not very busy and has so much rest. At the road edges you can park your car without any problems.
By bike, you'll be at university within 12 minutes. You need about 6 minutes to downtown.
A supermarket is about 5 minutes by bike and the bus stop is within 3 minutes walk.
Die Lage ist echt sehr gut! Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der Ehnernstraße, welche nicht stark befahren ist und man so viel Ruhe hat. An den Straßenrändern kann man sein Auto, falls vorhanden, ohne Probleme abstellen.
Mit Fahrrad bist du innerhalb von 12 Minuten bei der Uni. Zur Innenstadt brauchst du ca nur 6 Minuten.
Ein Supermarkt ist mit Fahrrad ca 5 Minuten entfernt und die Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar.
Your WG co-women are Sophia and Hannah, we are both 22 years old and already know each other a little longer, but we are very happy about a third.
WG member. We both study in the 4th Semster. Sophia studies special education and Hannah
High school with the subjects German and Bio.
In our free time we play football in our home village, otherwise we are always for a meeting with friends and any other fun.
In our WG we can do something together, whether it's cooking, playing games or just talking a bit. On weekends we like to celebrate and drink one or other beer together.
Generally, it is important for us that everyone also has his peace, so you can always retreat as soon as you want it.
In our WG, we pay attention to the fact that everything remains clean and tidy, we create this with a cleaning plan, which does not take much time.
Because our WG was only founded in 2023 and therefore many purchases had to be made, a small detachment would still occur to our former roommate, but this will explain everything in the further conversation☺️
Deine WG- Mitbewonerinnen sind Sophia und Hannah, wir sind beide 22 Jahre alt und kennen uns schon etwas länger, freuen uns aber riesig über ein drittes
WG- Mitglied. Wir studieren beide im 4. Semster. Sophia studiert Sonderpädagogik und Hannah
Gymnasiallehramt mit den Fächern Deutsch und Bio.
In unserer Freizeit spielen wir in unserem Heimatdorf Fußball im Verein, ansonsten sind wir immer für ein Treffen mit Freunden und jeden sonstigen Spaß zu haben.
In unserer WG können wir somit gerne mal etwas zusammen unternehmen, ob es Kochen, Spiele spielen oder einfach nur ein bisschen quatschen ist. Am Wochenende gehen wir auch gerne mal feiern und trinken das ein oder andere Bier zusammen.
Generell ist es uns wichtig, dass jeder auch seine Ruhe hat, deshalb kannst du dich immer zurückziehen, sobald du es möchtest.
In unserer WG achten wir drauf, dass alles sauber und ordentlich bleibt, dies schaffen wir mit einem Putzplan, was aber wirklich nicht viel Zeit in Anspruch nimmt.
Weil unsere WG erst 2023 gegründet wurde und daher viele Anschaffungen gemacht werden mussten, würde noch eine kleine Ablöse an unsere ehemalige Mitbewohnerin anfallen, das klärt sich aber dann alles im weiteren Gespräch☺️
