Fakten Fakten
Das Zimmer hat ca. 20 m², ist in einen kleineren und einen größeren Raum geteilt und wird gerade frisch renoviert. Die Miete von 260 Euronen ist all incl., d.h. Telefon, Internet, GEZ, Katzen, Waschmaschine, mittelmäßige Spülmaschine, warme Dusche und Heizung, plus Küche und Bäder plus super Garten. Und auch plus ein gewisses Maß an Chaos, um ganz ehrlich zu sein. Das Haus steht in Eversten, direkt am Eversten Holz, von hier sind es etwa 7 min zur Uni und auch etwa 7 min. in die Innenstadt.
Jetzt zu den Softskills
Wir sind ein Haufen mit 2 Katzen. Alle haben so ihr Tun mit Arbeit & Studium und anderen Sachen.
Putzen, Einkäufe, Reparaturen, Gartenarbeit laufen bei uns ohne festen Plan.
Alle essen von oder mit allen, und das ist allermeistens vegetarisch oder vegan.
Feierabend heißt manchmal Kaltgetränkekonsum im Garten oder Milchreis mit Kirschen aufm Sofa.

Hey there,
we are searching for a new WLTI*(WomenLesbianTransIntersexNonbinary)-flatmate who will join our house community. At the moment we are five people living in our beautiful old house with a big garden. We got an attic and a cellar with a workshop. If something has to be repaired we try to do it ourself but we also often just don't. If you have interest in gardening there is lots of space and freedom for this.
We are a mix of students and workers, vegans, vegetariens and omnivores. We try to live together with respect for each other in the flat - that also means we don't wan't any sexist, homophob, racist and whatsoever stuff.
The room which will be yours has a size of about 20 m² and is seperated in a small and a bigger room, so you can have a bedroom and a living- or whateverroom.
The rent of 260 Euros got everything included (water,energy,internet,heating,cats)

Innenstadt, Uni, Natur, Supermärkte sind in ca.10 Minuten zu erreichen. Alhambra in überwindungsnotwendigen 15 min.
Gute Verkehrsanbindung, meistens ist aber das Fahrrad das Mittel der Wahl, um überall hinzukommen.
Im Notfalls sind hier aber auch unzählige Bus-Linien in naher Umgebung.
