Es gibt 2 Zimmer zu vermieten. Das eine hat ca 16 Quadratmeter und das andere ca 7 Quadratmeter.
Die Wohnung hat ein schönes Wohnzimmer, ein schönes Badezimmern miz Dusche. Es gibt sowohl einen Keller als auch einen Dachboden um Sachen zu lagern.

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum der Innenstadt. Von dort aus erreicht man alles innerhalb von 5 min Fußweg. Der Bahnhof ist eine Haltestelle mit dem bus und ist in 10 min zu Fußweg erreichbar.

Es soll keine zweck WG sein. Man kann gerne mal zusammen etwas kochen oder gemütlich im Wohnzimmer sitzen und Quatschen. Besuch ist immer herzlich Wilkimmen.

Der Mitbewohner/in muss in der Lage sein die Mirte pünktlich zu Zahlen. Einen Putzplan gibt es nicht, was bisher trotzdem gut geklappt hat. Man kann über alles reden und findet eine Lösung.
Zu mir: Ich bin 21 Jahre alt und bin in der Ausbildung zur Veranstaltungskauffrau. Ich bin zur Saison viel unterwegs mit der Arbeit und wenig zuhause. Ansonsten bin ich aufgeschlossen und freue mich neue Menschen kennenzulernen.
