Nachmieter (23-30Jahre) (bevorzugt männlich) für mein schönes WG-Zimmer (4er-WG) gesucht, da ich leider aus dem schönen Oldenburg wegziehe.
Die Altbauwohnung ist sehr geräumig (ca. 160m2) mit großer Küche und großem Bad.
Das besagte Zimmer hat ca. 25m2, hat ein Hochbett und ist sehr hell!
Dazu gehört noch ein kleiner Abstellraum.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral direkt am Oldenburger Hafen, wo man im Sommer schön am Wasser sitzen kann:
5min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt,
7min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof,
10min mit Rad zur Uni!
Zur WG:
DIe WG ist sehr kommunikativ und wir machen viele schöne Sachen gemeinsam (wie Kochen, Feiern, Kaffeetrinken,...)
