flat share

Actually I am searching for a flat share with 12 square meter room. I am international university student and I would prefer my home made can talk to me with English language and be sociable, kind, helpful, tidy person. That is better, my flat be furnished. the maximum rate that I can pay is between 200and 250 euro. I have not any problem with smoking but that is better my home mate smoke in balcony if flat has got it! if I want to describe my character, the first thing that I really like to mention that is, I am kind and hard working. I am tidy person. I am not smoking. I am friendly. I prefer to have one home made. Boy or girl, dose not matter. I hope so that I can find a suitable place and have a good time.I think if my living place would be lovely and nice, I can be calm and relaxed.
