Hey, wer hat Lust auf eine WG-Neugründung in Oppenheim? Wunderschöne Altbauwohnung, hohe Räume mit Stuckdecken, helles großes Wohnzimmer, Parkettboden. Einbauküche mit Speisekammer. Bad mit Dusche, Wanne, WC, 2 Waschbecken. Abstellraum für Fahrrad. Weinkeller (noch leer :-( - wie gesagt - Neugründung :-).
5min walk Bahnhof Oppenheim
Aufgrund des Altbaus mit wertvollem Parkettboden suche ich rücksichtsvolle Leute, die entspannt und offen sind. Ältere Semester, Doktoranden, Berufstätige. Keine Zweck-WG aber auch keine Party-WG. Gemeinsames Leben gewünscht - Tür zu und allein sein ist selbstverständlich vollkommen o.k., wenn einem danach ist. Alles in Maßen, denn allein die Dosis macht das Gift. Alles kann, nichts ist muss (na, ja, Sauberkeit in Gemeinschaftsräumen ist definitiv muss). Sonstige Vorgaben: Nichtraucher, keine freilaufenden Haustiere.
Die WG Gründung ist ein Plan, der Mietvertrag ist noch nicht unterschrieben, ab November oder Dezember. Kostenangaben vorläufig durchschnittlich, abhängig von der jeweiligen Zimmergröße. Einfach mal melden, dann schaun wir, ob die Chemie stimmt. Bitte tel angeben (meine kommt umgehend retour, hier aber noch nicht, sonst zuviel Spam).
