your potential new room is 11.5 qm in an 84 qm apartment. The kitchen is mostly equipped except the dishwasher which is not working at the moment. The bathroom is also mostly equipped. Though I will buy a bigger wall mirror later. The living room is empty at the moment. I have only my office desk for home office lying in the living room. I plan to buy new furniture later this year. But if you want, you can use the living room and balcony as you like. If you have some small furniture of your own, we can use that. But you will have to take it with you at the end of the contract.
The apartment also comes with a washing machine and a dryer in the basement, a storage room and another basement room to park your bicycle if you have one.
The apartment is very close to Eversburger platz and you can reach there in 5 minutes by foot. The buses are very frequent and you can get to the Campus Westerberg (3 stop away) in 10 minutes by bus. For groceries, you can also get to Edeka Kutsche. There is also a nice forest nearby where you can go for morning/evening runs.
I am Naeem (31) your potential flatmate. I am originally from Pakistan. I work as a Researcher at DeutscheForschungszentrum für Kunstliche Intelligenz nearby Campus Westerberg. I have recently moved in to this apartment since 01.05 and the apartment is still mostly empty. I have a playstation 5 and a tv and I play games and watch movies on it in my spare time. Due to my work and language courses, I do not find enough time to do other activities. If you like movies and video games we can talk for hours. If not, that is also fine :D . I like to do occassional cooking and enjoy my homemade food. I am fluent in English but I am also learning German in parallel (B1 level).
I will get a new 1000 Mbits/s from June (01.06). So you will have a fast wifi and LAN connection at your room available.

The apartment can be visited mostly on the weekends. If urgent, sometime after 19:00 can be arranged on Thursday or Friday. My German is not very good but I can try if needed. English speaking is preferred.
