Hey :)
You would get the room of our former flatmate Jon. It is very light, cool in the summer and you do not get stalked through your window because it is right in front of our own House entrance (we have our own entrance!).
The 14 m2 are big enough to fit in everything you want - if you need more space, we have a basement with an empty 12 m2 room to fill and the flats entrance is big enough to fit in another cupboard in case you need to put stuff outside your room. The room already has a cupboard that could be yours for free but we can also remove it. We also have another free table, chair and Bed in case you need it for free.
We live 2 Minutes from the bus station that takes you to the city center at least every ten Minutes in only 5 Minutes. Rewe and Aldi are 7 Minutes foot walk, the city center is about 15 Minutes walking. We live right next to the skatepark which is like our second garden. There is also a forest just around the corner to go for walks or runs!
You would live with Paula (27) and me (24). Paula is studying International Migration and intercultural relations M.A., I am studying social work B.A.. Paula will be doing her Master thesis some time this year and I am finishing my bachelor in August. I will be moving out latest in Oktober and Paula latest some time this year, which is why we are looking for someone who is either looking for Untermiete/ a room for a few months, or who wants to stay longer but is okay with a changing of flatmates in a few months.
Paula and I are both happy to not have a Zweck-Wg with anoying smalltalks in the kitchen but to be comfortable with each other. We usually cook for three people, ask each other what we need if we go shopping food and talk about daily life stuff that comes up. We are flexible and open to spend more time, especially in the summer or if you need your own space, that is no problem too.
So, if you are looking for a flat with nice people, two Teraces, next to a nice Park and close to the city center, just text us (via my phone number if you want)! We are open to all gender, religion, background and whatsoever.
By the way, our kitchen is very big and we have our own washing machine and dishwasher!
