Hallo! Nach mehr als zwei Jahren ziehe ich aus unserer WG aus. Zum 01.04. wird ein circa 14m2 großes Zimmer mit großen Fenstern, hoher Decke und eingebauter Hochetage frei. Die Hochetage gibt genug Platz für ein Bett, einen Nachtisch, einen Sitzsack und kleinere Regale. Kurzum: durch die Hochetage wird das Zimmer richtig geräumig und lässt viel Gestaltungsspielraum offen! Die großen Fenster sind in Richtung Osten ausgerichtet. Dank qualitativ hochwertigen Fenstern ist der Trubel des Rings quasi nicht zu hören. Das WG-Zimmer hat einen Holzfußboden. Zudem liegt das Zimmer außerhalb der eigentlichen WG und hat einen separaten Eingang. Sodass du die Wahl hast zwischen WG-Leben und größerer Privatsphäre - je nach deinem Bedarf.
Hello, after more than two years I am moving out of our shared flat. On 1 April, a room of about 14m2 with large windows, a high ceiling and a built-in loft will be available. The mezzanine provides enough space for a bed, a bedside table, a beanbag and small shelves. In short: the mezzanine floor makes the room really spacious and gives you plenty of room to manoeuvre! The large windows face east. Thanks to the high-quality windows, the hustle and bustle of the ring road is virtually inaudible. The shared room has a wooden floor. The room is also located outside the actual shared flat and has a separate entrance. So you have the choice between shared flat living and greater privacy - depending on your needs.
Die WG liegt innerhalb des Ringes am Stresemannplatz. Dementsprechend sind Hauptbahnhof, Supermärkte, Universität und diverse andere Einkaufmöglichkeiten fußläufig innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Bushaltestelle. The shared flat is located within the ring road at Stresemannplatz.
Accordingly, the main railway station, supermarkets, university and various other shopping facilities can be reached on foot within 5-10 minutes. There is a bus stop right outside the front door.
Wir haben ein sehr lockeres und zwangloses WG-Leben. Viel passiert spontan in der gemeinsamen Küche. Die gemeinsame Küche bietet genug Platz für alle 5 Bewohner*innen und hat eine Spülmaschine. Die WG setzt sich aktuell aus drei Studierenden des Instituts für Musik der Hochschule und einer Politik & Psychologie interessierten/ studierten Person zusammen. Die WG hat einen kleinen Balkon und zwei Bäder inkl. Waschmaschine.
We have a very relaxed and informal shared flat life. A lot happens spontaneously in the shared kitchen. The shared kitchen offers enough space for all five residents and has a dishwasher. The flat share is currently made up of three students from the university's Institute of Music and one person with a psychology background and political main interest. The flat share has a small balcony and two bathrooms including a washing machine.
